Sure, their name stems from the shape of a male chicken’s head, but we’d prefer to call this the punk rock pasta. 

Our bronze cut Creste di Gallo has a ton of texture for clinging to whatever sauce the world throws at them.  We serve them in the Italian Kitchens with our spicy green chile cheese sauce and they’ve become a menu staple.  

Nicoletto’s Bronze Cut Creste di Gallo are crafted in small batches, meticulously dried and cook within 10-12 minutes.
